VacAll AJ "AllJet" Truck-Mounted Sewer Cleaner
Has Big Productivity in a Compact Package
May 21, 2007: The truck-mounted VacAll™ AJ machines deliver exceptionally efficient sewer cleaning velocity for normal everyday maintenance or emergency blockage removal. Compact and easy to position, VacAll AJ models are the most preferred heavy duty sewer jetter machines by contractors and municipalities world wide.
Water tanks are available in a variety of materials, with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 gallons. VacAll AJ water pumps range from 65 to 300 gallons per minute at pressures at pressures ranging from 2000 to 3000 psi.
VacAll AJ machines are available in three different drive configurations:
- P & T Series, or transfer case driven units, require very little maintenance with few moving parts. Highly productive, these machines are remarkably quiet.
- H Series models are hydrostatically driven, driven via a PTO mounted off the chassis transmission. Not only does this design allow for quite operation, H Series models offer advantages like additional weight savings than the auxiliary engine driven units and variable pump flow with infinite adjustment. The unit also offers a quieter working environment, due to the single engine design.
- D Series units are powered by a heavy-duty diesel fueled auxiliary engine. These models are fully shrouded to inhibit noise, assure operation in cold weather and protect against engine and water pump damage.
Hose reels are equipped with the VacAll high torque, direct drive planetary gearbox and hydro cushion valve. Mounted at either the front or rear of the machine, the reels can be stationary or articulating and have up to 1,000 feet of capacity with 800 feet being the standard.
A large collection of options includes lights, air purge systems, specialty nozzles and root cutters, variable flow pressure systems, toolboxes and extra sound-proofing.
