AllSmartFlow™ CAN Bus Control System Enhances Vacall 'Green that Works' Package

July 25, 2012

New Philadelphia, OH — The innovative Vacall AllSmartFlow™ control system brings added "green that works" advantages to Vacall machines. The Vacall "Green That Works" package of benefits is designed to minimize water usage while also reducing fuel consumption and harmful emissions creating greater equipment sustainability.

The new AllSmartFlow CAN bus control system has a computerized feature that maintains constant water pressure, delivering precise water flow and jetting action on AllJetVac models, designed to open and maintain sewer lines, and on AllExcavate models performing hydro excavation. The system also controls water flow during operation of Vacall AllSweep machines, designed to clean runways, parking venues and street resurfacing projects.

Precise water flow control helps eliminate water waste as well as the time and fuel needed to make unnecessary trips to refill the water tanks on machines.

In addition, the AllSmartFlow control system allows the operator to manage precise boom and reel positions and the Vacall's industry-leading vacuum functions — benefits that can improve overall job site efficiency.

Controls are managed using a color LCD screen, or with a wired or wireless programmable pendant that allows the operator a better view of the Vacall machine’s functions.

Vacalls also benefit from a single-engine advantage. Unlike other machines, Vacall models draw all power from the chassis engine and do not require a second engine to create vacuum and jetting forces. Not only does this reduce the price of the unit, a single engine requires less fuel, less maintenance and decreases harmful emissions.

Another "green" advantages is that Vacall leads the industry with designed-in sustainability, designing and building features with superior materials that will last for years and years. This includes standard and optional debris and water tanks that carry lifetime warranties.

In addition to sewer maintenance, hydro excavation and sweeper models, Vacall brands include AllVac machines designed to remove solid and liquid industrial waste and AllCatch machines that clean leaves and debris from catch basins.
